For the year 2021, the Medicaid income cap rose to $2,382 per month. For individuals with income exceeding this limit a Qualified Income Trust must be created to obtain Medicaid eligibility. The Minimum Spousal Resource Allowance increased to $26,076.00 and the Maximum Spousal Resource Allowance increased to $130,380. As of now the penalty divisor remains $357.67.
